IMS CC is not collecting data (Doc ID 3040090.1)

Goal

IP Multimedia Subsystem or IP Multimedia Core Network Subsystem Collection Cartridge(IMS CC) is not collecting IMS Diameter CDRs(Call Details Records) from the configured PORT#

Steps followed:

* Configured the receiver PORT# and Request Timer
* Start the IMS CC 
* No IMS Diameter CDRs collected from the configured port# and no errors as well.

Is there any configuration missing ?
