When Attempting to Consolidate BP Line Items a Validation Rule Is Displaying Error "Data Element 1 Cannot Be 0, Please Enter Data Element 1 Value", But the Value Is Greater than 0 and Less than 1

Symptoms
When attempting to consolidate line items of Business Process (BP) with validation, the following Alert occurs.
ALERT
"Unable to consolidate line items. The following form validation check failed. "Data Element 1" cannot be 0, please enter Data Element 1"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Unifier > Navigate Company Workspace > uDesigner > Business Processes > Edit the BP1 > Consolidation tab > Add BP2 as the consolidation BP.
- Open the BP Detail form > Open the target details form > Select Data Element 1 (DE1) > Validation > Define a validation on DE1 with Condition "Not Equal To" 0.
- Navigate to the Project/Shell > Select BP1 > Click +Create > Add Line Item by selecting Consolidation Option.
- Select the source BP2 record, it will bring in a non-zero value with 8 decimal places and value less than 1 into the "Data Element 1" field.
- The Error noted above is being displayed during line item consolidation, even though Data Element 1 is not 0.
