When assigning a Project Code, there are some code values listed under the wrong parent code.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

When trying to assign a Project Code, some code values are listed under the incorrect code in the code hierarchy.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

When assigning Project Codes, for the code values to be listed under the proper Project Code.
