Workflow Routings Missing the Change Notifications for Certain Change Analysts (Doc ID 3040783.1)

Symptoms


For some 'Change Analyst' Users, status changes of Change Orders does not get displayed in Workflow Routings Tab.

However, the notifications appear in Web Client's Notifications tab.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client : http(s)://<FQDN>:<port>/Agile/PLMServlet as the problematic user with 'Change Analyst' role.
2. Verify Notifications tab.
3. Status changes of Change Orders are seen.
4. Go to Workflow Routings tab.
5. The notifications in step 3 are missing in it.
