Unable to Import Deal after Exporting in PDC Following the Upgrade from 12PS3 To 12PS8 (Doc ID 3041301.1)

Goal here is to understand how to overcome below mentioned import failure after BRM and PDC upgrade from 12PS3 to 12PS8.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

- Upgrade BRM and PDC environments from 12PS3 to 12PS8.

- Try to imports deal from same server and makes required changes in order to create a new deal.

> change deal name , RP name, remove internal and external id.
