Goal
Selecting the Aware Date on the 'Schedule New Expedited Report' pop-up screen.
The actual Report has the date from the last Followup not the date of the Aware Date selected.
The CMN_REG_REPORTS table column AWARE_METHOD should reflect the CASE_FOLLOWUP.SEQ_NUM for the last Followup entered in the Case.
