ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Customer is  using Oracle Communication Offline Mediation Controller(OCOMC) SysLog cartridge to get Syslog data. It seems cartridge can not be configured to handle "2024-04-11T14:08:18+00:00". Only accepted date format is "May 15 12:34:57" (MMM d HH:mm:ss).


How to configure OCOMC cartridge to handle date having format like this "yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSS"?
