Goal
Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (OBRM) thick clients unable to connect to the server with SSL enabled for CM.
cm.pinlog is updated with error when trying to login with thick client:
After updating hosts file as suggested in "Fail to Connect Via BRM Thick client (Doc ID 2964277.1)", still unable to connect using hostname as Host Name value in thick client GUI.
How to resolve this?
