Data Session With Policy Configuration Is Getting Terminated With Final Usage Indicator (Doc ID 3041576.1)

Symptoms

Account with a product which grants 1TB data and has a daily tracker which gets incremented. The policy is daily tracker 0 to 8GB sends High_QoS and 8 to no maximum sends Low_QoS. After reaching 8GB range of policy tracker, the Final Usage Indicator was triggered and caused termination.

Final-Unit-Action (449,M,l=12) = TERMINATE (0)


Step to reproduce:
1. Send Spending-Limit-Request (SLR)
2. Credit Control Request - Initiate (CCR-I) no reservation in ECE.
3. Update with Multiple Rating Group.
