The Project Gantt Chart Portlet in the Dashboard Page of P6 Web Gets Stuck in a Loading State (Doc ID 3042062.1)

Symptoms

The Project Gantt Chart portlet in the Dashboard page of P6 Web gets stuck in a loading state for a single user.

ERROR

Error found in web browser Console log will look like this:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log-on to P6 Web.
  2. Go to a Dashboard view that contains a Project Gantt Chart.
  3. Notice the Project Gantt Chart portlet is stuck in a loading state.
