Symptoms

Customer is running the following reports in 4.5:

Project Enrollment --> Module RXCDQLPR,
Study Enrollment -->“ Module RXCDQLST
Site Enrollment -->“ Module RXCDQLSI
Site Summary -->“ Module

The following errors are being returned with the status showing as RS_FAILURE and SRW.RUN_REPORT failed.

101507: non-ORACLE exception.

ERR REP-34551: Oracle Graphics Graph: is deprecated.
