Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CPP Export template gets reset to default when special characters are saved in template name or mapped activity code or UDF fields.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CPP Export template would retain settngs when special characters are saved in template name or mapped activity code or UDF fields.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to Enterprise, Activity Codes and find or create one with parentheses in the name with at least one value, example (New Activity Code).
  2. File, Export to CPP.
  3. Add a CPP template, modify the default and click OK to save the changes.
  4. Click Modify for the added template, enter parentheses in the template name and click OK to save the change.
  5. Click Modify for the added template and note the changes made in step 2 are not longer there.
  6. Repeat step 2.
  7. Click Modify for the added template, select Schedule on the left, choose the activity code from step 1 in a blank field and click OK to save the change.
  8. Repeat step 5.
