Goal

 The current disbursement_date field only includes the date, but both date and time information are required for each disbursement. This missing timestamp data impacts multiple functional needs, including accurate tracking, reconciliation and reporting. How can an existing field be updated or a new field be created to capture the full timestamp (date and time) of each disbursement?
