Symptoms

Calendar pop up issue on the service schedule duplication page.

When you try to duplicate a service schedule, CC&B leads to a new screen which is basically a popup screen. and the user normally should be able to select the dates to enter from the calendar. but the calendar is not enabled on that page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Calendar should show on the service schedule duplication page.
