Symptoms
When Data Collections is launched, the request Planning ODS Load is failing.
Nav: Advanced Supply Chain Planner(R) -> Collections -> Oracle Systems -> Standard Collections -> Enter the parameters and Click on Submit.
The following error could be seen in the log:
