On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.4.0.1 version,
When attempting to submit a Clinical One data load job in QC lifecycle,
the following error occurs:

1. Submit a Clinical One data load job in QC lifecycle.
2. Verify the job status.
