On : 11.3.1.0 version, Cycle Issues
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Encountering an issue whereby the Cycle Batch run is halted and has to be aborted.
When the Cycle Batch is restarted, it appears to be duplicating some Activities.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Cycle is aborted and restarted it should not duplicate Activities.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. If Cycle is aborted on a day a generate billing activity's effective date and cycle is restarted it will spawn another generate bill activity for the same effective date.
2. This also duplicates the children it spawns.
