Symptoms
Elastic Charging Server results in PRODUCT_NOT_FOUND response when rating is done with a reused Mobile Station International Subscriber Directory Number (MSISDN) in following scenario:
- create a customer account, subscribe to any usage plan and assign a MSISDN (say 1234567890)
- change the value of the MSISDN and status of the service with below opcodes and flist:
- run usage (dated after the above step) for the first customer, ECS returns rating response as PRODUCT_NOT_FOUND
