Argus 8.4.3 Bulk ICSR R3 Report Transmission Issue (Doc ID 3044497.1)

Goal


As a part of the Argus 8.4.1 release "E2B (R3) batch export" enhancement is implemented. However, this functionality is not working in our Argus 8.4.3 environment.

Tried transmitting a SINGLE report, the report is successfully getting generated but not creating a physical file in the ARGUS OUT folder.

When checking the status in BULK ICSR TRANSMIT, GREEN light is enabled for the TRANSMIT column however status is still showing as "ICSR Report Transmission process for Case Number  and Agency <(HA) XXXX> has been initiated."
