Records Missing From Workflow Routings Tab (Doc ID 3044907.1)

Goal

User reported that some records do not appear in the workflow routings when assigned to them.
User identified both an ECC and SSE that he is an approver on, the approval is pending, but it is not showing up in his Workflow Routings.
Confirmed that he had ‘All’ selected under the Pending filter but was still unable to see the records. Also confirmed that other users/approvers with same account setup are able to see ECC and SSE records without issue.
User's workflow routings tab is showing 5,000 records. Is there a limit on the number of records displayed in the Workflow Routings tab?
