Goal
The background process that assesses case priority constantly updates the CASE_MASTER table. It should not update the table if the priority remains unchanged from the previous check.
This is logged as Bug 36908128 - Case Priority background service constantly updates records which will be fixed in Argus 8.4.3.2.
This note provides a temporary solution for Argus 8.4.3 and 8.4.3.1.
