Goal
On Oracle Communications Elastic charging Engine (ECE) 15.0.0.0.0 version,
There is a requirement to authorize only when initiate request for data usage (Gy session) is submitted to ECE for a given Requested-Service-Unit (RSU). ECE should not do any reservation of quota i.e no Granted-Service-Unit (GSU) should be given during Initiate request. ECE should perform calculate-only mode of reservation of quota. Or else if ECE reserves, then reservation must be released immediately via internal release Reservation API call. Also consider one want to authorize with min quota, say 10MB in Initiate Gy request but does not want to reserve this. Is there functionality available to release the reservation immediately during Initiate?
