While saving Data Source getting errors message: ORA-00001: unique constraint (AAI_DMT_SMG_TABLE_PK) violated

There are no logs updated under path: /dmt/source/PROCESSING or /STAGING

Error:

 ORA-00001: unique constraint (AAI_DMT_SMG_TABLE_PK) violated
