500 Internal Error When Click on Product or Event Tabs Post 8.4.3 Upgrade (Doc ID 3045696.1)

Symptoms

Completed upgrade of Argus Safety from 8.2.3.4 to 8.4.3. No errors were encountered during the upgrade.

Post upgrade, when trying to create new cases or open any case and navigating to the Product tab /Event tab returns a 500 internal server error.

In the IIS logs, see the below entry...
