Symptoms
On Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management 2.5.0.0.0 version, the Device and channel count on Product Use Metric Dashboard takes a long time refresh.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Capture Channel Count Snapshot
- Navigate to Admin -> Reporting -> Statistics Control
- Broadcast Device Count Statistics Control
- Click on Capture
- Navigate to Product Use Metrics Portal, Device Counts zone takes time to load.
- Device Channel Count Snapshot
- Navigate to Admin -> Reporting -> Statistics Control
- Broadcast Channel Count Statistics Control
- Click on Capture
- Navigate to Product Use Metrics Portal, Channel Counts zone takes time to load.
