On : 16.0.3 version, Inventory Tracking

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The new item which are belonging to different class is getting added to STAKE_SKU_LOC table


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The new item which is belonging to different class should not be added to STAKE_SKU_LOC table

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Cycle count on Subclass level for one location
2. Run the stkxpld explode batch .
3. In the STKUPLD upload file , add new item which belong to another class/subclass .
4. Run the stkupld batch.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are getting wrong items in the stock count file upload which are related to new class items and getting uploaded in the system which is wrong.
