Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) version 12.0.3.0.0 there is a known issue that may occur during the control plan execution.

When attempting to run a voice call, the following error occurs:

 

Issue can be reproduced as following:

1. Run a voice call that triggers a CP with a NumN node
2. Try different values in the profile tag being normalised
3. Potentially observe error
