 Starting with Empirica Signal 9.2.2, Oracle Life Sciences Empirica Signal Cloud Service uses Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) for identity and access management. Hence, customers upgrading from any Empirica Signal version before 9.2.2 must migrate from Oracle IDM/IAMS to Oracle IDCS.
