RCA3 implementation steps required

We are trying to implement RCA3 and have following questions :

1- Where can we get detailed information on RCA3 ?

2- Is supervised-event-correlator fully supported in v5.5.18?

3- Can we install Docker / Cluster.Master / Cluster.Worker on any servers other than Presentation server (Just to avoid extra load on presentation server)?
