BRMJCA Option FailoverConnectionString Is Not Working On BRM12 PS7 (Doc ID 3046209.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.0.7.0 version

FailoverConnectionString, it is not working. From current MOS notes, this option was mentioned only through Biling and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5 version. In official documentation for BRM 12, option FailoverConnectionString is not mentioned. Is it supported?

Usecase is Connection manager (CM) will be raised on server 2 and turned OFF on server 1. Do not receive the expected response. The request does not even make it to the CM logs, which are empty.
