While Clicking “Gateway” in Unifier Company Workspace in Admin Mode, System Raised 404 Error (Doc ID 3046351.1)

Symptoms

When using Apache HTTP server, users experience the error below when navigating to Company Workspace -> Integrations -> Gateway. When accessing Unifier from the Weblogic server, users are able to access the page without issue.

 

ERROR

xxxx.yyyyy.com refused to connect.
