After Creating Flow Test Data Sets With F1-BatchExecution Flow, Test Data Sets Are Missing (Doc ID 3046460.1)

Goal

Shortly after creating Flow Test Data Sets with F1-BatchExecution flow, test data sets are missing  

1. Create Flow Test Data Set using F1-BatchExecution Base Flow
2. Existing Flow Test Data that were created using F1-BatchExecution Base Flow gets deleted

Expecting that the drop-down option for the Flow Test Data Sets should have values instead of just 'Default'.
