Symptoms

Data Extract (DX) Job fails with the below error:

===> Processing DCM ADVERSE_EVENT
ERR level 1
update_linked_view_definitions
Error: update view definition failed. Continuing with view maintenace.
RXCDXBVB EXIT WITH FAILURE


Note: above states 'Processing DCM ADVERSE_EVENT' followed by the error so gives the impression the issue is with the 'ADVERSE_EVENT' DCM. This may not be the case and the error could well be getting raised for a different DCM.
