Memory-based Planner Program Failing With APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1 in mrcmpe_create_mps_entries (Doc ID 3047127.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run a plan, the following error occurs in the Memory Based Planner log file:

Statement with the error:
begin mrp_planner_pk . create_mbp_orig_mps_entries ( :compile_desig ,

SQL Error Code: -1
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1 in mrcmpe_create_mps_entries
Cause: mrcmpe_create_mps_entries failed due to ORA-00001: unique constraint (MRP.MRP_SCHEDULE_DATES_U1) violated
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MRP_PLANNER_PK", line 364
ORA-06512: at line 1
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: begin mrp_planner_pk . create_mbp_orig_mps_entries ( :compile_desig , and was executed from the file .

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Material Planner.
2. Navigation: MRP > Launch.
3. Enter the necessary parameters to run the plan.
