Symptoms

When attempting to import a large XER file the process takes a very long time (up to a day or more) then fails with an error like the following:

Event Code: VTDCF-2765-D
Message: TCVirtualTable.DoCalcField: PROJECT.other_user_exclusive:
Access violation at address XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX in module 'PM.exe'.
Execution of address XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

The numbers/letters following "VTDCF" can vary
