Goal
On : 2.7.0.3.0 version, UT - Utilities
Menu not expanding in CC&B screen.
- This issue occurs with only a few users.
- The PC that connects to CC&B uses Windows11 and Chrome.
- Clearing Chrome cache and restarting Windows will not resolve the event.
- When other users log in to the PC where the issue occurs and connect to CC&B, the issue does not occur.
- When the user who has this issue logs in to another Windows11 PC and connects to CC&B, the issue does not occur.
- Even if FlashAll is executed on the AP server of the connected CC&B, the issue will not be resolved.
- Even if we don't take any particular actions, the issue sometime doesn't occur somehow, but it suddenly occurs again.
- Chrome version is 118.0.5993.71. Due to company policy, we cannot upgrade it to the latest version.
