You want to create a data element filter with OR condition in OFSAA.

Example:
(((FSI_D_LOAN_CONTRACTS.AMRT_TYPE_CD IN ('700') OR FSI_D_LOAN_CONTRACTS.ADJUSTABLE_TYPE_CD in ('250'))))

Can OR condition be used instead of AND?
