OFSAA 8.1.x: F2T Fails When Uploading .csv File With "Data file does not exist" Error (Doc ID 3047505.1)

Symptoms

On OFSAA 8.1.2.2 version, F2T fails with "Data file does not exist" error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
As per steps mentioned in OFSAA 8.1.2 User Guide, chapter 4.4.1.3:
1. You put the.csv file with the columns need to be updated inside OFSAA mapping in path: <ftpshare>/OFSAEPM/dmt/source/test_ad/data/20240430
2. You created the F2T batch
3. You executed the F2T batch and got below error in F2TCPP.log
