LIQUIDITY_PREMIUM_RATE Not Generated if There Are Products With No Adjustment Method Defind in the Same Process (Doc ID 3047683.1)

Symptoms

When running the same Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) process for example for 2 products, one assigned an adjustment method and another not assigned an adjustment method. it runs successfully but LIQUIDITY_PREMIUM_RATE are not generated in FSI_D_xxxxx for both products even for that product with an adjustment method assigned.

Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a FTP process to process 2 products, one product assigned an adjustment method and another product without an adjustment method assigned.

2. Run this process and check column LIQUIDITY_PREMIUM_RATE generated in table FSI_D_xxxxx.
