OMA is not Displaying Updated Landbase Maps

Not seeing newly added classes in the offline landbase maps
Customer asked for two more landbase classes (gas_main and transmission_line) to be added to the OMA landbase maps.
To add them, we put text classes into <PROJECT>_geojson_export.dat into the existing "grid" class set. And we put the landbase classes into the existing "road" class set (just to see something initially).
After rebuilding the geojson maps, we can see the text for the new lines in OMA, but customer cannot see any gas_main or transmission_lines.
We do see the gas and transmission objects in the geojson file.
