Extract To Cloud - MSC_APCL_OP_ATP_ASSIGNMENTS_V Will Extract Excess ATP Assignment Data (Doc ID 3048206.1)

Symptoms

ATP rules are assigned to items and are collected for Cloud via view - MSC_APCL_OP_ATP_ASSIGNMENTS_V into file --> ATPRuleAssignments.csv

Some organizations have not been enabled for Cloud collections, but their data is extracted and causes errors when loading the data to Cloud

To reproduce, go to /View /Requests /Submit a new Request - launch request - Extract data for Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud with parameters ATP Rules - Yes and Items - Yes

When data is loaded to Cloud Supply Chain Planning  - the ODS Load log file shows

The Load Entity process started for entity OP_ATP_ASSIGNMENTS with refresh number 11002.

... continues for 1000 lines ... then prints ...

Only 1000 errors were reported in the log file but there were additional errors which have not been logged due to performance issues.
The number of records considered by the Load Entity process: 235197. The number of valid, error, and deleted records: 1195, 234002, and 0.
