Symptoms

ECM-IHUB integration case ID not populate case ID which shows the ECM case id

steps to reproduce:

1. Access the ECM application

2. Click on investigaton hub

expected result:
The case id which opened and the case id populated in notebook should be same

Actual result:
THe caseid populated in Notebook is different .
