Applies to:

Symptoms

On RMB v5.1.0.0.0, Settlement Construct Linked Account section not reflecting records correctly.

On the settlement construct screen, there is an issue regarding the handling of Linked and Excluded accounts.
Below are the observed cases that need some clarifications:

Case 1: Currently, when an account is excluded with the effective start date matching the effective start date of settlement construct along with start date of other accounts in the linked account section (01-01-24), the excluded account does not appear in the linked section and is correctly listed in the exclude account section.

Case 2: If an account is excluded with an effective start date after the effective start dates of accounts listed in the linked accounts section, there is no end date stamped on the entry in the linked account section, which causes ambiguity.

Case 3: When an excluded account entry is end-dated, indicating it should be considered again based on selected criteria, there should be two entries in the linked account section:
- An entry with a start date of 01-01-24 and an end date of 01-02-24, the date from which the account was excluded.
- When the excluded account entry is end-dated (e.g., on 30-04-24), a new entry should appear in the linked account section for the same account with a start date of 30-04-24.

These discrepancies need to be addressed to ensure the accurate representation and handling of linked and excluded accounts on the settlement construct screen.
