SMS Queue Should Be Maintained In OC3C When SMSC Is Down (Doc ID 3048664.1)

Goal

In case of SMSC is down, SMS Queue should be maintained in Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) to submit the SMS by retrying when SMSC is back.

The expectation for this requirement is to maintain 80 messages per second in the queue, with the ability to configure the duration for holding these messages, up to a maximum of 24 hours.

Will this be implemented as Enhancement Request (ER)?
