Goal

In Oracle Communications BRM - Elastic Charging Engine(ECE) 12.0.0.3.0 version, PCRF is not receiving "policy counter status report" from Diameter Gateway/ECE hence end Customer getting redirected to Default plan by PCRF side.


e.g
Policy-Counter-Status-Report (2903,VM,v=10415,l=100) =
  Policy-Counter-Identifier (2901,VM,v=10415,l=15) = xxxx
  Policy-Counter-Status (2902,VM,v=10415,l=20) = xxxxx

 

Need to know why ECE/Diameter Gateway is not sending the same?
