Symptoms
1)
Patient Data Report (PDR) ends with the 'RS_FAILURE' status when an entered CRF has a layout using a Form Layout Template (FLT) which includes 'Flex Field 10' (FLEX_FIELD10).
2)
The following error appears in the 'j<job_id>.log' file:
