Symptoms

After upgrade from Argus 8.2.3.1 to Argus 8.4.2, E2B R3 Import fails to process the incoming XML's due to the below error:

Following Errors while updating database for SAFETYREPORTID is ''
System Error Error#: Contact your system administrator


ESM Import log shows:

Error has occurred while extracting the data from XML file. in E2BReceive.ExtractR3XML_Data Fn. Contact your system administrator
