Issue While Upgrading ECE IP7 to IP10 (Doc ID 3049259.1)

Symptoms

While trying to install Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) Patchset 8 Interim Patch (IP)10 on existing Cloud Native (CN) ECE PS8IP7 environment, it is restarting the Elastic Charging Server (ECS) pods and keeps crashing with below error.


STEPS
-----------------------

 Ran below command to upgrade after merging the helm chart and template files.

./upgradeECE_12.0.0.8.0.sh -o ece_override_values.yaml -n preprodbrm -r preprodece-v1
