CDRs Getting Suspended With Error "Product Not Found" (Doc ID 3049523.1)

Symptoms

The user upgraded Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) from 7.5 Patch Set (PS) 17 to 12 PS8 IP9 and observed that call data records (CDR) are getting suspended with below error due to incorrect audit entry in ECE.

4. Moved the pvt to 1 year, like 1st July 2025. and purchased an other/new bundle for telephony service and see a new row created in au_service_t table.
5. Passed the usage with 25th July 2025, it went fine.
6. Passed a usage with 1 day before (2025-06-30) the new bundle for telephony service( step4). Its giving above error
