Goal

The user has requirement to check minimum balance during initiate request of Gy usages. How does Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) support this in out-of-the-box (OOB), or is there any other possible way to achieve this?

The use case is to determine if customer is having minimum currency balance available in account during reservation. If customer account balance is less than minimum balance, then no reservation should be performed and no Granted Service Unit (GSU) will be given in response. Otherwise, authorization should be done only without GSU.
